Existing rules still apply when AI helps with the work. Learn which rule is which, and who is accountable.

In this module you will:

  • Say why AI-assisted work still sits inside existing rules, and answer two common myths.
  • Label a rule as law, regulator guidance, Firm policy or a vendor claim, and say it accurately.
  • Say who is accountable when AI helps with a task.
  • Spot when one task touches several rules at once, and ask three questions.
  • Know who to ask, and ask early.

How it works: there are 31 slides in two units, with practice activities that are not scored, then a short quiz. Each slide counts after you have spent a short time on it. The quiz opens when every slide has counted. It has 5 questions drawn at random. [Pass mark and number of tries: to confirm.] After a fail you see the areas to revisit, not the right answers.

Time: about 28 to 30 minutes, plus the quiz. All examples are made up. Policy v1.1 draft.
