First Contact

Upon receipt of a completed questionnaire, a LinkedIn message or an email, WLCF sales representatives get in touch with the potential client. The way in which this is undertaken depends on the time zone and location of the potential client in question.

New leads should be entered into the CRM system that we use, so that the information is available to all those involved.
