  • Employees at the Company will only be granted access to the information that they need to fulfill their role within the organization. Staff who have been granted access must not pass on information to others unless they have also been granted access through appropriate authorisation.     The company is using designated user roles across different web applications which are limiting user privileges and access to information that is not relevant to a specific user role.
